We produce in seasonal batches — just like it’s always been done.

If a product is listed as “Sold Out” or available for Pre-Order, it means we’re either in the middle of our next harvest or bottling a new batch. 

Why Pre-Order?

Because we make our olive oil fresh and in limited quantities, pre-ordering ensures you get your bottle from the next available batch.

When will I get it?

We’ll share an estimated ship date at checkout. You’ll be notified as soon as your order is on its way.
